This is a remarkable story. Budhia Singh (5 years old!!) ran over 65kms in 7 hours. What a marathon.
Reminds me of Saint Ralph... only even more remarkable in real life - especially given his age.

Sheh... you should check out the news channels dude.... they have two current crazes, Shane Warne (who makes great copy, I'm sure) and Budhia. The funniest was yesterday at NDTV, when Sonia Verma tried to converse with Budhia and his coach in Hindi....
Maybe its because I'm a mom now...but the thought of a 5 yr old running that far somehow makes me feel terribly uncomfortable. I see that he has great potential. I just hope that he has the right guidance.

I agree with vivin - it isn't fair to push the kid too hard already. Why is he being made into a show piece already? He has the potential - let him bloom gradually!
