Iraq The Story
Admittedly Portugal had a second string team and had Boa Morte sent off wrongly. Iraq are still the story of the olympics. They beat Portugal 4-2 when no one gave them a chance. Portugal were not only the favorites for the game, but also the tourney. Iraq, in its first tournament on the world stage since the late eighties, outclassed them, played with greater exuberence and simply wanted it more. Kudos!
